The article uncovers organizational and legal aspects of management of scientific activity in the enterprises for the purpose of creation a patentable invention. As a general thesis author points out that forming relations with employees it is necessary to realize through the directions: providing with secret regime; timely signing an agreement about consideration; forming technical assignment and issuing it to employee; internal control to development and reaching results.
